REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS
In the event of expedition cancellation, we will try our best to make refund to our clients. In general, below are the methods that will be used:
- FULL REFUND
- Any expedition cancelled by the organizer for any given causes. - PARTIAL REFUND
- Cancellation by participant, at least 14 days before event date
- Depending on expedition, below are non-refundables from expedition price:-
- Permit
- Management
- Guide / cook / crew
- Any other related bookings (that have been paid by organizer)

- Participant cancelation less than 14 days from date of expedition/event.
