Warranty:
No product is guaranteed good especially when we offer such good quality products at this price. We do offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects on enameled cast iron skillets. Please note that our product warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

1. Human Mishandle

Any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, usage mistakes, or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

2. Natural minor defects such as uneven surface, bumps, pinholes and etc

Our cast iron cookware is produced by pouring molten iron into a sand-made mold as sand has a higher melting point than iron. This mold creates a rough, sandpaper-like surface texture. The cast-iron cookware is then removed from the mold and ready for the enamel finishing process. After the first 2 layers of the base enamel coating, the cookware is sprayed with color enamel and is baked at an extremely high temperature. The resulting small pits, black spots, and pinholes are normal and will not affect the quality of the pot. There may be slight bumps on the outer wall of the cookware, which are naturally formed in the production process of the enameled cast iron cookware.

Due to this unique property and the production processes involved compared to other materials, cast iron cookware is vulnerable to more potential defects. We often named this "Natural Cast Iron Defects" which has nothing related to damage or product defects under the warranty disclaimer. The natural defect does not make the cast iron skillet anything lesser than a normal cast iron skillet. They are equally good.
