Storing a depleted ( less than 3.2V open voltage ) battery may damage/ shorten life/cycle permanently. Accessories (such as pocket clip, lanyards, pouch, case, charging cable, etc), normal wear and tear, drop, physical & water damages is not covered, nor is damage resulting from abuse, neglect, battery leakage or altering this product from its original state.
