3) We sharpen and send it back to you!

COSTS ARE FIXED REGARDLESS OF LENGTH AND BLADE STYLE. 

FAQ:

1. How long does it take to sharpen my blades?

• Total time taken excluding transit is 3 days.

2. Can I request for different finishes like Mirror Finished?

• Yes, you can request to our customer service. Extra costs may apply.

3. Is the price fixed?

• Yes it is fixed based on types of tools. However, if the blade sent requires reprofiling service, our customer service will consult with customer on extra costs.

4. Can I send my blades via walk-in to your store at Setapak?

• Yes, customer may send and collect their knives physically at our store in Setapak. In this case, postage costs will be discounted.
