TENTATIVE

• 0800 - Meet up at Kombat Zone Paintball parking, Kemensah.
• 0815 - Short briefing briefing and light warming up
• 0830 - Start hike to Sofea Jane waterfall.
• 0930 - Arrive at waterfall. Safety briefing and short theory session with demonstration (how to abseil).
• 1000 - Abseiling activity.
• 1330 - 30 minutes break.
• 1500 - Activity end and hike out to parking.
• 1600 - Arrive at starting point, Debriefing | END
